Not all payment plans are equal. The type you choose affects how much you ultimately pay.
Guaranteed agreements under $10,000 require no financial disclosure. Streamlined agreements under $50,000 also skip financial review. Non-streamlined agreements require full financial disclosure on Form 433-A. Partial Pay Installment Agreements let you pay less than the full balance over time.
